Step One - Perspective
This four part process starts with establishing a perspective view. Either you provide the model or I build the computer model of your design. Then I can assist or provide you with several potential view points to help establish "the view" which will meet your needs.
Step Two - Line Drawing
This selected perspective will be further revealed through a basic line drawing. Adding or developing entourage & design elements, this drawing is created to minimize its presence as a supporting tool for the watercolor. When finished, a review point to fine tune the design or make comments so changes can be made.
Step Three - Color Study
This is an optional step. The color study is typically done for those that want to better see the design colors that have been either chosen, suggested or left to me to decide before going on to the final watercolor
Step Four - Watercolor
With all steps approved, I will start the final watercolor on a mounted line drawing printed on watercolor paper. The Line Drawing can be screened for those that want a softer appearance or left to reinforce edges. There is a final review and comments period before providing the finished design.
